VIEW DETAILS VISIT WEBSITEWe’ve taken the blueprint for traditional senior living and put it right where it belongs—the trash can. It wasn’t hard. Traditional senior living communities stink.
Come to live here.
Tribute at Black Hill is located in Germantown, in Montgomery County, just off I-270. It sits in the heart of Black Hill, a master-planned community that includes restaurants, shopping, and parks. The property itself features an elevated and secure courtyard with rolling walking trails. And restaurant-style dining with views of the lush courtyards. For afternoon entertainment, sit in one of our high-back booths in the bar or curl up with a cup of coffee around the fireplace. Everywhere you look, there are open spaces and plenty of picturesque views for light and laughter, creating an environment that allows older adults to truly thrive.
And if you’re wondering if our suites are equally as sweet, there’s more! We offer studios and one-bedroom suites with over ten floorplans to choose from. High ceilings and large walk-in closets like you’ve always dreamed of! Fans to keep you cool in every suite as well as an in-room thermostat to keep the temperature to your liking, gorgeous sliding doors for our spa-sized bathrooms that are also wheelchair accessible, and our favorite – keyless entry to the suites! We could go on & on, but we’d much rather have you come by and see for yourself.
We’ve redefined everything you thought you knew about “senior living.”
On top of all of our remarkable aesthetics, in our all-inclusive pricing, we offer:
- Three restaurant-style meals provided per day, as well as all-day dining offered
- Medication management
- On-site Beauty Salon
- Fitness Center + Activity Rooms
- Outdoor Courtyards
- Onsite Physical Therapy/ Occupational Therapy
- Cable + Internet
- Wireless Call Systems
- Laundry + Housekeeping
- Scheduled transportation
- Weekly outings and daily activities, including trips to some of the city’s finest shopping centers just a few miles away
The people at the forefront of making sure your experience is top-notch are our Tribute at Black Hill team members (employees). They come to work each day to build long-lasting friendships with our older adults.
We believe that if a community’s focus is strictly on care, they don’t care enough. At Tribute at Black Hill, great care is just a by-product of bigger and better things.
And if the if needs arise in the years to come, know all of our team members are NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified, which is a mouthful to say, but simply means that our team members are prepared and qualified to interact with your loved one as a unique human being, not a case study. Match that with having memory care suites with:
- An emergency pull-cord system at bedside and in the bathroom
- A pendant button system
- Walk-in showers with handheld showerheads, as well as bars for added support
- Motion sensors to allow for independence with oversight
- Nursing around the clock
- A Concierge from 8am-8pm with secured doors after 8pm and Accushield secure sign-in!
- And much, much more!
