Seabury at Friendship Terrace is a beautiful, not-for-profit, independent senior living community of 180 affordable apartments in the Tenleytown area of northwest Washington, DC. Located in a tree-shaded, residential neighborhood, its just a short walk to restaurants, shops, churches, libraries, pharmacies, a new Target, Metro and more! Seabury at Friendship Terrace features affordably priced apartments, with financial assistance available for qualifying residents with limited incomes. There is no cost to apply nor any wait list fee. Applications are currently being accepted.
