We have the perfect home for you, with seven luxury retirement apartment models ranging in size from our 815 square foot one-bedroom Shenandoah apartment to our 1950 square foot two-bedroom plus den model, the Lexington.

Our Monticello boasts 2017 square feet with a 2-car garage and the Alexandria has 1464 square feet with a 1-car garage, each with a driveway for additional parking and our Beaumont offers 1464 square feet of modern open concept living.

The Terrace Homes range in square footage from 1617 square feet to 2192 square feet.

HEALTH SERVICES
The Johnson Center at Falcons Landing is home to an Assisted Living community, a beautiful Memory Care neighborhood and a five-star Skilled Nursing unit, which was named in the U.S. News World Report as a Best Nursing Home, receiving a Five-Star High Performance rating in both Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care. This puts the Johnson Center in the top 5% of the 15,000 nursing homes in the U.S. Falcons Landing also offers assisted living in our West Falls Center.
